Historically as well as societally, this is a special time for us women to be alive. Choice and independence have brought an unknown sense of freedom that is yet to be explored, defined and celebrated. This newness can come with a lack of guidance, a deep sense of underlaying confusion, and judgment which can hold us back from taking opportunities and manifest our visions with clarity and intention.
This person-centred coaching space is dedicated to women who are finding themselves in their 30s and 40s. In this space we acknowledge and work with your experiences on a societal, physiological and very personal level. Together we will explore what it means to be a woman today. What it means to live childfree. What it means to maybe feel childless even if you sense that you don't want to become a mother. We talk about your experience of feeling childfree and childless. We talk about your purpose in life. We talk about loss and opportunity. We talk about where you are from and where you see yourself going. We talk about a chapter in history that has not yet been written; the chapter: I, a childfree women.
This space is here for you to come home to yourself and to explore your life with intention, care and connection.

In my work, I brings together my experiences as a psychotherapist and my deep interest in human potential and authenticity. I look deeply forward to meeting you.
In collaboration with you, my aim is to facilitate an empathic, unconditional, non-judgmental therapeutic, fertile environment in which your process and growth are central.

I work with clients in a 1:1 online setting on an open-ended developmental contract. I work with clients from all over the world and offers her services in English, German, Spanish and Swiss.
