WHAT IS THE RIGHT PATH FOR YOU?
some questions and answers might help you to decide
Are you looking for online therapy, couples therapy or life coaching?
Is online therapy as effective?
Yes, online therapy can be equally as effective as face-to-face therapy. Experience has taught me that despite the loss of a shared location, online counselling and coaching can be deeply meaningful, connecting and valuable to clients.
What are my responsibilities when accessing online therapy or coaching?
In online therapy and coaching, we both – client and therapist – have the responsibility to contribute to a therapeutic space. Because you are not physically coming to a designated counselling room but access the session from where you are, it is important that you find yourself in a quiet, private space.
Thus, it is essential that this space feels comfortable, safe and confidential to you. Any disturbances in your environment (e.g. loud noises, people entering and leaving the room, open windows) are to be avoided, as they can drastically impact your feeling of comfort and free expression during the session.
What does ‘Online’ mean?
This means that you will access the session either on your phone or via webcam on your smartphone, iPad or computer. Prior to our session I will send you a Zoom invite which you can access with only one click. Zoom is a safe and encrypted webcam software that will allow us to connect wherever you are in the world.
What are the benefits of Online Session?
Regardless of where you are located and wherever life takes you – you can access online therapy and coaching from anywhere in the world.
I have worked with clients in Thailand, Japan, Germany, various parts of Europe and the United Kingdom. I offer sessions in English, Swiss, German and Spanish.
Do you work with anyone anywhere in the world?
Due to different licensing and law for counselling and psychotherapy, I currently don’t offer therapy to people living in the United States. However, I still offer life coaching to people in the US. My work is being undertaken in accordance with the UK laws and any disputes will be subject to the UK law.
What time zone are you in?
I am currently in the UK times zone, with potential availability from 07:00am to 21:00pm. If you’re not quite sure of the time difference between where you are and where I am, then this website can be helpful.
